Service Description

Mentoring is a process where an experienced individual advises and directs a novice on how to address a specific challenge based on a previous outcome. SDK Health Leadership will tap on my vast and varied experience in solving health system, leadership, governance and management challenges. Mentees will however still be held accountable for the implementation of the interventions and outcomes. The chemistry between the mentor and mentee is a key success factor.
